Connection & Pairing

1) Check if the watch is powered on. Tap the watch button to see if the screen lights up. If not, charge the watch before trying to connect it;
2) Make sure the Bluetooth on your mobile phone is enabled;
3) Since there may be interference between wireless devices, place the watch as close to the phone as possible;
4) If the above steps still do not allow you to connect, try toggling the phone’s Bluetooth off and on or restart the phone.

The step count, sleep monitoring, alarm, do not disturb mode, and screen brightness functions do not require Bluetooth to be permanently enabled.

Firmware Updates & Reset

1) During the firmware update process, if the update fails, the watch will reset itself. Once the watch reconnects, the system will attempt the firmware upgrade again;
2) Enable the Bluetooth on your phone and reopen the app to connect to the watch for the firmware upgrade.

Note: Please make sure the watch is fully charged during the update, do not leave the app’s update page during the process, and keep the watch close to the phone.

To reset the watch to factory settings, go to the watch’s settings menu and look for ‘Reset’ or ‘Factory Reset’. Follow the on-screen instructions. If unavailable, you may be able to reset via the companion app.

If the watch becomes unresponsive, try a forced restart by holding down the main button for 10–15 seconds. If this doesn’t work, place the watch on its charger and try again.

Charging & Battery

The charging time for the watch is approximately 1 to 2 hours. If the charging time is too long, please check if the charger (such as a USB hub) meets the standard (5V, more than 250mA). Additionally, ensure that the watch is properly inserted into the charger during the charging process.

Under typical usage, the watch battery lasts between 3 to 5 days. Battery life may vary depending on screen brightness, usage of Bluetooth, and enabled features.

To extend battery life, reduce screen brightness, limit background syncing, turn off Bluetooth when not needed, and close unused apps or features.

Yes, the watch will display a low battery warning and then power off automatically when the battery is critically low.

App & Compatibility

You need to download the official companion app KurioFit, available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Yes, the app is compatible with both Android and iOS operating systems.

The minimum required version is Android 7.0 or iOS 12.0.

Features & Settings

Once the app is connected to the watch, the current time on the phone is synchronized. If the watch hasn’t been synchronized with the app for an extended period, the current watch time may differ from the phone’s time by 1 to 3 seconds. Reconnecting the watch will synchronize the time.

Once the watch is connected to the phone, activate the sports mode button on the device page. The watch’s sports mode will then be activated. When you raise your hand to view the screen, the watch will display the sports mode section.

Note: In sports mode, make sure the watch screen lights up when you raise your hand, otherwise the watch won’t light up, and you won’t be able to see the sports mode.

You can change the watch face by long-pressing the current face on the watch screen or by rotating the watch crown or using the KurioFit app to select from available options.

Go to the Alarm section on the app, tap on ‘Add’ or the ‘+’ symbol, then set the desired time and confirm.

Go to the settings section on the KurioFit app, then tap the ‘Do Not Disturb’ icon to enable or disable the mode.

Notifications

There is no possibility to use the watch to read text messages or to make a phone call with it.

Yes, the watch vibrates when receiving Alarms or reaching goals. You can disable this via the Kurio Fit app.

Durability & Outdoor Use

Yes, the watch is water-resistant. However, it’s not recommendedd to use the watch in the shower or for swimming.

Data & Privacy

User data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties the data is only stored locally on the phone, please refer to the app’s Privacy Policy for details.

Perform a factory reset on the watch and delete the KurioFit app from your phone. This removes all personal data.

Child Safety

Yes, you can control access to the games via the KurioFit app

The watch is generally recommendedd for children aged 6 and above due to small parts and screen interaction. Always check product labeling.
